Enjoyed out first visit and would definitely come back again. If you like fried chicken with a different place this is the place. Service was efficient, staff friendly all with in an enjoyable atmosphere.

We had such an incredible experience at Tumble 22, and a huge part of that was our server, Rachael!!! From the moment we sat down, she was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing! She made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Rachael knew the menu inside and out and gave thoughtful recommendations based on what we liked, She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and made sure we understood the different spice levels, which helped us order with confidence! Her recommendations were spot on, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!! Throughout the meal, she checked on us at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask! Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about providing excellent service. The food itself was OUTSTANDING. The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and every side we tried was just as good. Me and my dad went to go eat here for the first and they were very welcoming and kind. We got some chicken sandwiches and Omg it was so good!!! It’s a 10/10 I would go there again. Bella our server was very attentive and friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. We ordered the bone in chicken and what I received was clearly old food some of the chicken was dark and looked unsafe to eat. This isn’t the first time this has happened but the first time I let it go. This time, it’s completely unacceptable. I called back to report the issue and request a refund and not only have I still not received one but the manager also acted as if we were being dishonest. That’s frustrating, especially as a repeat customer who spends money here regularly. When customers pay for food, we expect it to be fresh and safe to eat. Serving old food is a serious concern, and responding with attitude instead of accountability makes it worse. We were told that maybe the staff was having an off day! I hope this is addressed, because right now this experience has definitely changed how I view this place.

The absolute BEST experience we’ve had at a restaurant! We were the first customers to try this location after the anticipated opening - and this was beyond wonderful! Huge thanks to our server Morgan, Mike, and the rest of the team for a great experience and for being so kind. Food came out super fresh, hot, and very flavorful.
